Goods once sold will not be taken back and are not returna
Return and Refund Policy
At EcoKadai, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
**Returns** You have 2 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition(send unboxing video as proof) that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
**Refunds** Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
**Shipping** You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Shipment method** We use Shiprocket for all domestic deliveries.
**Shipment confirmation & Order tracking** You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
**Damages** Ecokadai is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
